House Rules at A Casa Di Lisandru
We are very happy that you have chosen our apartment for your stay. Before you settle in and make yourself comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the rules and regulations of this furnished accommodation. Understanding and respecting them will allow you to have a comfortable and pleasant stay!
Careful reading of the house rules will ensure that your deposit is not reduced upon departure.
Treat this apartment with the same respect as your own. We have gone to great lengths to make it a pleasant space for you to enjoy.
Please keep the apartment clean throughout your stay; it will make your departure much easier, and don't forget the dishes!
Accidents can happen. Please inform us immediately.
We hope you have a lot of laughs and fun during your vacation! However, we would appreciate it if you would be careful and keep the noise down out of respect for the neighbors and the condominium.
Please be sure to read and understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so that we can explain it in more detail to avoid any misunderstanding.
We wish you a lot of fun! This is your vacation period and we hope you will make the most of our apartment, its facilities and the opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding area.
Duration of rental
This apartment is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation, determined in your rental agreement. In no case will a client be able to claim any right to stay outside of this period.
Arrival and departure
Unless otherwise defined in the rental contract: Arrival times are scheduled in the afternoon from 3pm. Departure times are scheduled in the morning before 10am. Cleaning must be done on the day of departure, before the deadline.
Equipment provided
This accommodation is rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), comforters, pillows and blankets. You must use fitted sheets to cover the mattresses, pillowcases and comforter covers. Sheets and other household linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels...) are provided on request. Please bring garbage bags, sponges, coffee filters...
Use of the premises
All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and clean.
The bathtub and toilet have been specially painted. Also to preserve it, please do not use a scratchy or rough sponge on it when cleaning, but please use a soft sponge.
A washing machine is at your disposal. In order to prolong its life and prevent breakdowns due to limescale, please include with your washing powder, the equivalent of half a glass of spirit vinegar (available under the sink) or any other anti-limescale product.
The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not leave the water running unnecessarily, and do not leave the doors and windows open for long periods of time if you use the heating.
All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything in the toilet bowl, except toilet paper. Only use products that are compatible with a septic tank.
Each access door to the apartment is equipped with a key lock. Make sure to lock them when you leave the premises. You are responsible for any theft or damage if you do not respect this clause.
Safety and good manners
Please respect the tranquility of the premises and use them in accordance with their purpose. The volume of noise, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In case of conflict or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the customers who caused the disturbance.
For the respect of the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 pm and before 8 am.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation. Guests may smoke outside in the loggia. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the lawn. Please dispose of them in the ashtray provided for this purpose.
Failure to do so will result in a deduction of the security deposit.
In case of emergency, please call for help (18 for the fire department, 15 for the ambulance, 17 for the police).
Cleaning package
A cleaning fee may apply at the end of the stay, if the client has not chosen to clean the premises themselves or if an inventory after the client's departure indicates that the cleaning was insufficient.
In this case, the cleaning package (the amount of which is indicated in the contract) includes the cleaning of the rooms and the household linen. However, please do not leave the accommodation in a mess, by ensuring that the furniture, objects and dishes are tidied up.
Household waste
Garbage cans are at your disposal. Please respect the rules of sorting:
- yellow garbage can for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging
- green garbage can for household waste.
When you leave, please do not leave anything in the garbage cans and return them clean (unless you have subscribed to the cleaning package).
Pets welcome
Only the rental contract specifies if the tenant is allowed to stay with their pet. If so, the tenant agrees to return the rental in a state of impeccable cleanliness, leaving no evidence of the presence of an animal during the stay, including outside the accommodation.
The animals must never be left in the accommodation in the absence of their owner. Any damage caused by animals is the exclusive responsibility of the tenant and will be deducted from the deposit.
In case of problem
In case of breakdown or malfunction, please contact us without delay. We will do our best to remedy the situation.
No reimbursement for repairs will be taken into account without our agreement.
In case of breakage, damage or deterioration, please report it during your stay, even if no damage seems apparent.
In case of loss or damage to the accommodation, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of repair or replacement.
