This accommodation is located in a tourist residence between the sea and the mountains, with a direct access to the beach, a large wooded park, and a collective swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 4 travelers, ideally a couple and their children.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub combined with a column with two shower heads (one Italian type shower head and one hand-held shower head), toilet, sink and washing machine.
The kitchen area is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic hob, an oven with rotisserie spit, a large ceramic sink and a fridge/freezer. A storage space is available in the entrance hall, in the closet with the yellow and black hanging.
The living room includes a large double bed built into the wall and a sofa that converts into 2 beds, a TV, a large table and an air column fan.
A loggia of 6m2 with a table and 2 chairs will allow you to enjoy the sound of the waves and a view of the sea.
Enjoy access to the residence's common garden, as well as a shared swimming pool just below the apartment. A few meters away, you will have direct access to the beach of Santa Lucia Di Moriani. The mountain, although a little further away, can be reached quite quickly by vehicle.
