Availability

This apartment is available for rent during the summer period, from June to September, for a maximum of 90 days per year.

You can consult the availability calendar on the website of AirBnB. Please confirm your periods by contacting us by email directly.

This apartment can also be rented out of season, in certain exceptional cases and subject to availability. We invite you to contact us by email for further informations.

Prices and minimum rental duration

Rentals are for a minimum of one week (7 nights) for an amount of 550€. Each additional night is charged on a pro rata basis, i.e. €78.58.

Then come the holiday taxes paid to the community of municipalities. These taxes are calculated according to the number of guests and are about €1.08 per person per night.

Administrative procedures and rental contract

A PDF copy of the rental contract will then be sent to you as soon as possible. Upon receipt, here are the following steps to take on your side:

Modalities and documents required to confirm your reservation:

  1. send us by email the contract initialled on each page, dated and signed.
  2. send us by email the document attestation garantie villégiature covering at least fire and water damage (to be requested from your civil liability insurance)
  3. Bank transfer of an amount of 200€, corresponding to the deposit.

Modalities for the delivery of the keys and the entry in the apartment:

  1. Payment of the tourist tax (calculated according to the duration and the number of persons hosted) - possible payment by bank transfer or cash on the day of entry.
  2. bank transfer of 350€ corresponding to rent deducted from the deposit.
  3. bank transfer of 550€ corresponding to the security deposit.

The 2 transfers, rent deducted and security deposit, must be cashed no later than the day of entry into the premises. Also could you please think about anticipating these payments to cover the processing time of the bank transfer by your bank, which are usually about 48 hours working days. Without these payments, the entry in the premises could be canceled.
